Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats old-fashioned oats recommended
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional, for thickness and fiber
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest optional, for brightness
  • 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers optional topping

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together oats, milk, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, sweetener, vanilla extract, and chia seeds (if using) until smooth.
  • Fold in the chopped strawberries. Mash a few if you want the strawberry flavor spread throughout.
  • Divide the mixture between two mason jars or airtight containers.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thick and creamy.
  • Before serving, stir the oats and top with additional strawberries, graham cracker crumbs, or a drizzle of honey if desired.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use plant-based yogurt and cream cheese alternatives. Adjust sweetness to taste depending on your strawberries and preference. Add graham crackers just before serving to keep them crunchy. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
